CUSTOM HORIZONTAL TYPE - II (CUSTOM BUILT Reference Bearing) This model is designed to suit the customers' requirement for bearings, pinions and couplings with two Induction Coils, one at the Top and other at the bottom for better efficiency.
Standard Accessories:
1. Magnetic conductors to suit different sizes of
components. (Depending on the customers
requirement)
2. Vernier Type Temperature Sensors -2 Nos.
3. Trolley to Load & Unload the component.
4. Control Panel
Supply: 420V, Single Phase; 12 KVA to 40 KVA (Offered according to customers component size).
Here the magnetic conductor has to be lifted either manually or mechanically and the component has to be pushed by placing it on the supplied trolley.
Note :- While Enquiring for VGK CH-II, kindly furnish the following information to suit your requirements.
1. Minimum and maximum Inner diameter, Outer diameter and width/Height of the bearings.
2. The temperature required, duration and metal used.
3. Maximum weight of bearings / components.
